RECYCLING MARKET DEVELOPMENT ZONE LOAN

 

The RMDZ Loan provides direct loans to businesses that use post-consumer or secondary waste materials to manufacture new products.  To be eligible, the business must be located in a designated Recycling Market Development Zone.  Each eligible business may borrow up to 50% of the cost of a project, with a maximum of $1,000,000.  Interest rates are fixed for the term of the loan, which is not to exceed 10 years.  Loan applications are considered by the Board quarterly.  Funding cycles being in January, April, July and October.  Businesses applying should have record of being in business for three years.  To find out more about the application process:
