Below are the applications for various entitlements processed by the Planning Division. The application forms can also be obtained from a Planner at the public planning counter located in the Planning Division at City Hall. A complete application includes all of the following items:

1. Master Application, with Environmental Information Form attached to the Master Application.
2. Specific Entitlement Application (e.g. Conditional Use Permit, Zone Variance, Tentative Tract Map) with all items specified in the Submittal Checklist on page 1 of the application.
3. Public Notification Packet (radius map, mailing labels, etc.).
4. Payment of fees (Fee Schedule is at the bottom of the page).

Most application processes require a noticed public hearing with review by the Planning Commission. A decision to approve or deny an application is based on making the necessary findings as required by the Zoning Code. Your responses to the questions in the application packets will provide evidence and information to help justify making the required findings.
