Grants & Loans Available

The City of Montebello is offering financial assistance to property and / or tenants in commercial buildings along Whittier Boulevard in a targeted area. The Business Assistance Program, funded by the Montebello Redevelopment Agency, will provide loans and grants for façade improvements limited to those visible from the street.  (Target area: Whittier Boulevard from 10th Street to the Whittier Boulevard Bridge and the two [2] block area from Garfield Avenue east to Concourse Avenue.)
