Chickwan Tam - Controller

 

Administers overall accounting, budgeting, long-range financial planning, billing and collection of fees, license and permit issuance, investment, accounts payable, payroll, auditing, and grant accounting. The Purchasing Division is a portion of Finance and is responsible for seeking and providing sources of goods and services and managing the disbursement of the City’s materials in support of City operations. The Self-Insurance Division is responsible for the administration of the City’s self-insurance programs, including workers compensation, tort liability, loss prevention, etc.
