Customer Service

The Customer Service Department is located 400 S. Taylor Avenue, Montebello, CA 90640, main cross street is Olympic, across from the George Hansel Aquatic Center. There is a visitor parking near the front of the building, as well as along the street.

 

Hours of operation:

Monday – Friday  7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you with your transportation needs. We off a full range of services at the customer service lobby:

 

  • Sales of Metrocards, Youth Cards (Montebello Students only), EZ Passes, and stickers.
  • Process of MTA LACTOA disabled I.D. cards (please provide a photo picture, and $2.00 fee)
  • Local Trip Planning to help determine the best routes for your travel needs
  • Bus schedules and system maps

 

Payment accepted by cash or check only.
